Summary of Project
This project named "Monochromatic Manipulator" and its goal was to help grasp a better understanding of game mechanics and their purpose in games development. I decided that I wanted to create a time trial based game where the mechanic was that on the press of a button, platforms would "phase" in and out of the scene allowing the player to interact with different ones depending on what phase they were in. The goal of this was to reward players who kept track of the locations of the platforms meaning they would have quicker completion times. The faster the better.

The game "Monochromatic Manipulator" has the following features:

Side scrolling 2.5D game with time trials.

A fully realised game mechanic that has had feedback and improvements made to it.

1 complete level that the player has to beat as fast as possible.

Animated background and music to add to the player's experience.
